One of two wooden holiday homes that stand separately together with another holiday home (DZV934) on the approximately 1,400 square metre leisure property on the edge of the town of Waren. The property is completely fenced in. There are bicycle parking spaces, a barbecue, a sunbathing lawn on the property, insect screens on the windows, free WiFi, a terrace, a car parking space and a carport. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them on site. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. This feature allows a small dog up to a size of 40 cm.

The approx. 34 m² wooden house with adjustable electric heating has a living room (sofa set, radio, CD player, flat-screen TV) with open-plan kitchen area (dining area, 2-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment and various small kitchen appliances). Bedroom (2 single beds, can be combined), an open sleeping loft (2 single beds, steep ladder), a bathroom (shower/WC) and a covered, furnished terrace. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, laundry package on request. Information about pets: The property is completely fenced. Pets must be kept on a lead on the property.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, the adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway connection approx. 25 km.
