The approx. 70 sqm holiday apartment is located in the owner's house on a plot of approx. 550 sqm in the town of Malchow and has a separate entrance. It is only a few hundred metres to the restaurant, shops, a bakery and the train station. The bathing area at Fleesensee is also only about 700 metres away. The holiday apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture and armchairs, a flat-screen TV, radio with CD player and a separate toilet. Kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances and dining area as well as a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with WC, walk-in shower and hairdryer, which was renovated in 2013. The apartment is equipped with central heating. Smoking is only permitted outside. Also available for use: furnished terrace with barbecue, sun loungers, storage room for bicycles, car park and WiFi. Water and energy consumption are included in the total price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them. Please state your rental intention when booking. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as an island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected to the other parts of the town by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boats, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities here. Other attractions include the monastery church and the town mill. A large bathing beach as well as boat and bicycle hire round off the tourist attractions.
