The holiday home is located together with several other holiday homes (DZV070, DZV071, DZV072, DZV220, DZV368) in a holiday settlement directly on the Großer Warthesee. Boat hire is available on site. The property is completely fenced in. The bathing area is approx. 100 metres away. The nearest supermarket and railway station are approx. 15 km away. The bungalow-style holiday home is around 45 square metres in size, was last renovated in 2023 and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is comfortably furnished and has a living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio/CD and dining area, a separate kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various small kitchen appliances and a bathroom with shower and WC. The house also has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and adjustable electric heating as well as insect screens in front of the windows. Smoking is only permitted outside. Also available: Cot, high chair, furnished terrace with barbecue, car park. Rowing boat for hire (5 EUR/day or 25 EUR/week). Final cleaning and water consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. Please state your intention to hire when booking. To be paid on site: Electricity consumption. Pets: One pet is allowed in this accommodation. Multiple pets require the owner's consent prior to booking.

The village of Warthe, surrounded by several lakes, is located in a wooded and lake-rich landscape in the middle of the Uckermark, approx. 16 km north of Templin. There is a restaurant and bike hire in the village, and the "Trail of Stones" cycle path also passes through Warthe. The local and extensive bathing area at the Großer Warthesee offers a diving platform, a children's playground and a volleyball court. Anglers, cyclists, hikers and nature lovers will find the best conditions for their holiday in the region around Warthe. There is a motorway connection approx. 35 km away.
