Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in the spa town of Waren (Müritz), approx. 12 km away, or in the island town of Malchow, approx. 14 km away.
This non-smoking flat is tastefully furnished and has central heating. There are parking spaces (or a carport) and storage facilities for bicycles as well as a furnished seating area with barbecue. The approx. 54 square metre apartment for up to 4 people on the ground floor has a living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat screen TV, radio, CD, DVD) with an open kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, wardrobe, 1 x bunk bed, cupboard), a spacious hallway, a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a separate seating area on the property. A high chair can be provided for small children.

Loppin, the small district of Jabel (3 km), is situated in a scenic location in the Nossentiner-Schwinzer Heide Nature Park. The surrounding area is characterised by extensive forest areas with an enormous wealth of wildlife and numerous lakes. The area is easy to explore by bike. The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path runs through Loppin. The Damerower Werder bison enclosure is 6 km away. The spa town of Waren (Müritz), the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District, is 14 km away. The Loppiner See lake, which is located in the town centre, is an excellent fishing lake with an excellent stock of large carp.
