Idyllically and quietly situated in the Jabel district of Loppin, just 400 m from the lake of the same name, there are 2 holiday apartments for 2 and 4 people with separate entrances on an approx. 960 m² recreational property on the ground and upper floor of a former residential building. the lake invites you to swim, paddle or fish, the wooded area of the Nossentiner Schwinzer Heide nature park invites you to go on extensive cycling tours or to pick mushrooms in autumn. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in the spa town of Waren (Müritz), approx. 12 km away, or in the island town of Malchow, approx. 14 km away.
The non-smoking flat is tastefully furnished and has central heating. Parking spaces (or a carport) and storage facilities for bicycles as well as a furnished balcony (without barbecue) are available. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: for the OG-WHG on request: firewood (3 EUR/basket.) Pets are not allowed in this property.
The approx. 46 sqm attic apartment for up to 2 people was renovated in 2020 and has a large, combined living room/bedroom (upholstered furniture, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, optically separated: double bed, wardrobe) with open kitchen area (dining table, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, mini-dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has a bathroom (bathtub, WC, hairdryer), a large furnished balcony and a hallway with wardrobe and freezer.

Loppin, the small district of Jabel (3 km), is situated in a scenic location in the Nossentiner-Schwinzer Heide nature park. The surrounding area is characterised by extensive forest areas with an enormous wealth of wildlife and numerous lakes. The area is easy to explore by bike. The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path runs through Loppin. The Damerower Werder bison enclosure is 6 km away. The spa town of Waren (Müritz), the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District, is 14 km away. The Loppiner See lake, which is located in the town centre, is an excellent fishing lake with an excellent stock of large carp.
