In the middle of the charming old town of Waren (Müritz), just a few steps from the beautiful harbour with promenade, restaurants, cafés, passenger boat landing stages and the Waren shopping mile, you will find this spacious holiday apartment for up to 6 adults and a baby on the ground floor of a residential building. The Müritz National Park can be reached quickly from here by public transport, passenger boat or bike.

The tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment has a separate entrance and is equipped with a large living room (sofa bed - extra bed for two people, dining table, smart flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio/CD), a bedroom with double bed (connecting room), a further bedroom (box-spring double bed) with adjoining bathroom (shower cubicle, WC, hairdryer), an open-plan kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a guest WC and a large hallway where bicycles can also be parked. W-LAN is available free of charge. The owner offers the hire of charter boats at special rates.

A car park is available approx. 300 m away for a fee. (7 EUR/day) The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Visitor's tax, car park (if used) 7 EUR/day.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
