This spacious holiday apartment is centrally yet quietly located on the owners' approx. 1,100 m² residential property on the ground floor of a residential building. On the 1st floor you will find the apartment DMV620, which can also be rented separately.

Shopping facilities and restaurants are only approx. 300 m away, the centre with the harbour, the famous swing bridge and other gastronomic facilities or the beach on Lake Malchow are approx. 10 minutes' walk away.

The bright, tastefully furnished, approx. 76 m² non-smoking flat for a total of five adults and one baby was modernised in 2015 and has a large living room (couch, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, DVD player), a complete kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, small sitting area, direct access to the terrace), two bedrooms (bedroom 1: double bed, flat-screen TV, bedroom 2: double bed, single bed), shower and WC (separate rooms), a hallway and central heating.
Free WiFi, a furnished terrace, seating in the garden, barbecue, car park (public area), high chair, cot and a secure shed for bicycles are also available. A washing machine can be used on request.

The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption and bed linen. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre, which is well worth seeing, is surrounded by the Fleesensee and Malchower See lakes. An earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic, connect the two parts of the town. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities here. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding centre just outside the town. Boat and bicycle hire directly in the town as well as wellness, sports and golf offers in the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee round off the tourist attractions.
