This holiday apartment for up to 3 adults, renovated in 2022, is located on the upper floor of the owner's house in a special setting, as part of the listed Malchow Monastery ensemble with monastery church, monastery cemetery, art and organ museum. Lake Malchow with its jetty, a small natural bathing area, a café and a restaurant are just a few steps away, a riding stable and a bakery are approx. 500 m away and the centre with shopping facilities is approx. 1 km away. The approx. 68 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment is equipped with a living room (couch, flat-screen smart TV, view of the lake, games, DVDs, books), a separate kitchen (electric cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (each with TV, 1 x double bed, 1 single bed 1.20 wide), a modern bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway. There is also a seating area with barbecue in the garden, bicycle storage and free Wi-Fi. Public parking spaces are available (subject to availability) directly in the street or nearby (approx. 3 min. walk). You can stop in front of the house for loading and unloading.the total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity and water. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow, and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding centre just outside the town. Boat and bicycle hire directly in the town as well as wellness, sports and golf offers in the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee round off the tourist attractions.
