This cosy holiday apartment for up to four people is situated in a rural location on the outskirts of Raduhn on the upper floor of the owner's house. On the ground floor of the house, the owner runs a small café with home-baked cakes, which is open at weekends. 45 square metre, centrally heated non-smoking apartment, renovated in 2023, is accessible via a common staircase and has a living room (sofa bed - extra bed for 2 persons, flat screen TV, dining table) with open kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, music system), a bedroom (double bed) and a large bathroom (walk-in shower, bathtub, WC, hairdryer). There is also a car park, bicycle storage, a seating area in the garden, barbecue and free Wi-Fi. On request, breakfast can be ordered in the café at weekends for a fee.
The total holiday price includes final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Breakfast (if requested) 8 EUR/person, children under 7 years 4 EUR/person. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Raduhn is a small rural district of the municipality of Lewitzrand in the western part of Mecklenburg and is located between the small towns of Crivitz and Parchim, approx. 40 km south of Schwerin. The region is characterised by the extensive Lewitz landscape conservation area, a striking, water-rich landscape with marshy meadows, moors and ponds, which is classified as a European bird sanctuary and is a paradise for wild animals and plants. Typical are the widely ramified waterways such as the Alte Elde, the Störkanal and the Müritz-Elde waterway as well as countless ponds, canals and ditches. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the area is ideal for all nature-loving guests, water sports enthusiasts and cyclists. In the village itself there is a small café (open at weekends), a food market, an interesting church and a small gravel lake where you can swim. There is a restaurant, an outdoor pool and a canoe hire centre in Garwitz, approx. 5 km away, and further dining and shopping facilities in Crivitz (approx. 11 km) or Parchim (approx. 15 km).
