The four non-smoking holiday apartments are located within a holiday home on a plot of approx. 1,400 sqm in the centre of the Baltic seaside resort of Trassenheide. The Baltic Sea beach is about 1.6 km away. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are within a radius of a few hundred metres.all apartments were extensively modernised and newly furnished in 2020.
The 3-room apartment with 62 square metres for 4 people is located on the top floor and is accessible via a central staircase. It has a living room with dining table and open-plan kitchenette (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, dining table, electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom with shower/WC and a bedroom with double bed (connecting room to the bathroom). A space-saving staircase leads to another living/sleeping area with 2 single beds, TV and seating. There is also a furnished balcony. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. WLAN is also available. For each apartment on the property there is a parking space, bicycle racks and a central barbecue area on the neighbouring property.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. In Ostseebad Trassenheide, holidaymakers are required to pay a resort tax (payable in cash on site).

Trassenheide, the seaside resort in the north of the island of Usedom, is characterised by its fine sandy beach. Nudist and dog bathing beach nearby. The town is connected to the island's cycle network. Events and concerts take place on the promenade in summer.
