This cosy holiday home is in a picturesque location close to the sandy beach and ferry port.

Take your family on holiday to Als, where a wonderful stay awaits you in this attractive house. The house is beautifully situated in the oasis of Naldmose, close to the forest and the beach. The interior is attractive and inviting, with good furniture and an open-plan layout that lets in plenty of light and invites you to socialise. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet all day long or take a walk along the Alsstienweg, which runs right past the house. Cook in the modern kitchen and enjoy your meals at the dining table with a view of the garden.

On warmer days, you can retreat to the large terrace. There is plenty of space for the children to run around in the large grounds, where you will find a 12-hole Krolf course and a skittles football. You can also barbecue on the terrace in the evening.

Naldmose beach is at the end of the road. The beach is child-friendly and you can take a refreshing dip here several times a day. The Als path runs right past the property, and Als' largest forest, Nørreskoven, is only a few minutes' walk away and offers good hiking trails, several forest lakes and activities for young and old. From the ferry terminal in Fynshav you can take a nice day trip to Funen or Ærø. A few hundred metres from the house, a cycle path leads west to Sonderburg, past the ducal town of Augustenborg with Augustenborg Castle, or north to Nordborg, past the Universe Science Park. Just a few kilometres away there is a go-kart track and a beautiful golf course with 18 holes and a par 3 course. The house is close to the Danish-German border and the harbour town of Sonderburg with its many sights, shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants.
