This Hyères holiday villa, perched in the historic centre, offers picturesque views of Porquerolles and Port Cros islands. It boasts a well-furnished interior along with cosy terraces, one with a balneotherapy whirlpool.

The villa features a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, dining space, and living area opening to a 30m² terrace with a pergola. An additional terrace with a whirlpool and sunbathing area is accessible via three steps. The bedrooms can be found on the first floor, one of which has an upper level accessible via a ladder, not suitable for young children. Delight yourself with the piano on the first-floor landing, before stepping outside to admire the scenic views of city roofs and the nearby islands.

The villa's location provides easy access on foot to notable places such as St Bernard Park's gardens, Villa Noailles, St Paul's collegiate church, and the old medieval castle of Hyères.

However, note that there's no garage or private parking available; public parking is about 300m away. Access to the property is through alleys suitable for smaller vehicles.

The house is located in the historic heart of Hyères, in a peaceful residential area. It is located on the heights which allows you to have a view of the Islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros. All the shops and restaurants in Hyères.
