The vacation apartment in Talloires is located in a charming chalet and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. This spacious Savoyard-style apartment is part of a chalet complex that offers three other seasonal rental apartments in addition to the owners' residence on site. The entrance to the apartment leads directly into a large and inviting living area, dining area and balcony with picturesque views of the lake and mountains. The well-equipped kitchen offers modern amenities and direct access to a terrace, creating an ideal space for al fresco dining or relaxing. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with access to a balcony with breathtaking views. Externally, the chalet sits on a large plot of 2 hectares which is shared by all residents of the chalet. The apartment also has its own terrace and a spacious balcony. Due to the location of the property, it is necessary to have winter tires or snow chains in winter. The chalet is located on the heights of Talloires on the way up to the Col de la Forclaz. All local stores are about 5 km away in the center of the village of Talloires-Montmin by the lake or in the center of the village of Menthon Saint-Bernard.
