Nestled in the Périgord Noir near the border between the Dordogne and Lot, this recently renovated farmhouse in Salviac is an ideal vacation spot. With two separate sleeping areas, it offers comfort for two families while respecting privacy. The farmhouse has a living area on the first floor with two seating areas, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The first staircase leads to a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a crib as well as a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and WC. Another bedroom has three single beds (0.90 cm) with an adjoining bathroom. The second staircase leads to a second sleeping area with a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 cm) and an open bathroom. In addition, a bedroom with two four-poster beds (1.40 cm) has a shower room. The outdoor area includes a large, unfenced garden and a private heated pool (10 x 5 m), which is heated by a water pump. Enjoy a barbecue and make the most of the garden furniture. Three electric bicycles are available, and up to five bicycles can be provided on request outside the months of July and August. This vacation villa is located in a 'hameau' next to the owners' house (behind the rental property) in the countryside outside the town of Salviac in the Perlgord Noir. The nearest stores are in Salviac, about 4 km away. This farmhouse offers an unforgettable vacation combining comfort, privacy and the beauty of the Dordogne countryside.
