This holiday villa in Uchaux, located between Vaucluse and Drôme Provençale, offers a peaceful retreat. It has a private pool and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. Enjoy the picturesque views of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding vineyards. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen equipped with essential amenities as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. The adjoining dining room opens onto the terrace and garden through a large bay window and offers views of the pool. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV and also leads onto the terrace. There is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on this floor. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Outside on the fenced plot there is a garden adorned with palm and olive trees, offering picturesque views of Mont Ventoux. The villa has two terraces, one with stunning views of Mont Ventoux and the other overlooking the garden and pool. The private pool, measuring 8 x 4 metres and 1.50 metres deep, is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and a parasol for relaxing. A cot and a high chair are available for use. The villa is located on the edge of the small village of Uchaux (2 km) and the village of Piolenc (3.5 km), where you will find shops: Grocery shop, bakery, restaurants. Uchaux extends over a vast area of hills and valleys with forests and vineyards on the border between Drôme Provençale and Vaucluse. Ideal area for mountain biking and hiking in the Uchaux massif. Nearby you can visit the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône: Cairanne, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf du Pape. The town of Orange, its ancient theatre and its chorégies (8 km).
