This recently renovated and fully air-conditioned vacation home is idyllically situated at the foot of a castle and its estate. This historic stone-built property has been carefully restored and offers bright and spacious accommodation on two levels. The entrance leads to an open plan living/dining room with large bay windows leading directly to the outside. On the first floor there is also a shower room and a double bedroom. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a second bedroom with two single beds. Outdoor facilities include a terrace with dining table and chairs and a garden with a private vegetable patch and a small 5.5 x 3.5 m swimming pool. The rental apartment is located in the park of a chateau in Sauve. While the house is independent of the chateau, the chateau itself with its large swimming pool is only about 30 meters away. Please note that the chateau is also available as vacation accommodation for up to 14 people, which may accommodate additional guests during your stay. Immerse yourself in local history and vacation in the grounds of a real castle with the modern luxuries of air conditioning and a private pool.
