Discover a fully air-conditioned holiday home in Monteux, Provence, nestled between Avignon and Carpentras, near Pernes les Fontaines. Sitting across a single storey, the accommodation includes a kitchen and dining space, complemented by a French window and a large bay window that open to the garden and a shaded terrace. The comfortable sitting area seamlessly integrated with the dining area and kitchen.

Outside, the beautiful private lawned area adjacent to the home offers deckchairs and a hammock, along with a pétanque pitch. The terrace, shaded by a splendid lime tree, offers a delightful view of the garden and direct access to the kitchen. The property also boasts a private swimming pool, sized at 11 m x 6 m and 1.50 m deep.

The property is located in the countryside, in the middle of fields, in a quiet area between the villages of Monteux and Loriol du Comtat. You will find all shops, restaurants, markets about 2.5 km away.
Monteux enjoys a central position to discover the many tourist sites in the area such as the Dentelles de Montmirail, Mont Ventoux, the villages of Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf du Pape or Beaumes de Venise. Nearby you also visit the city of Avignon the famous city of the Popes, Isle sur la Sorgue, Fontaine de Vaucluse and its mysterious source and the picturesque villages of Lubéron: Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste.
Please note that the owner resides in an independent villa on the same property and does not use the pool. You may encounter the owner's very sociable dog in the garden during your stay.
