Part of a meticulously renovated mansion comprising three cosy holiday apartments, this space is ideal for an intimate escape. Welcoming owners, residing on the ground floor, ensure a warm reception while respecting guests' privacy. The garden, small pool, and the nearby river provide delightful spots for relaxation.

The loft-style apartment on the third floor offers mesmerising views of the river, Roman Bridge, and the majestic mountains from the loggia.

Guests share outdoor spaces with fellow residents and owners, such as a quaint garden equipped with furniture and sun loungers, along with a refreshing Roman basin (4.5m x 2.5m), perfect for cooling off. Adjacent to the renowned Roman Bridge, the river beaches offer an opportunity for leisurely swims.

Parking options include a nearby street and public parking approximately 50m from the house. Additionally, the mansion's old cellar, elegantly furnished, serves as a cool relaxation space, meeting room, or a venue for sampling regional products.
