This large country house with private pool is conveniently located near the village of Paradou in Provence. On the first floor there is an entrance with WC and a laundry room. An open plan living area includes a kitchen with dining area. On the first floor there is also a master suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double sinks and WC. On the upper level there are four bedrooms with double beds and en-suite shower rooms or a shared bathroom. Outside there is a terrace shaded by wisteria with a table and 12 chairs, while a further covered terrace has garden furniture for 8 people. There is also a separate covered terrace with table soccer and darts as well as a bowling alley. Access to the fenced pool is secured by two gates and there are 6 sun loungers and 2 deckchairs by the pool. The stores of Paradou are about 350 m from the house. There is a supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, a bicycle rental/sale, a market on Tuesday mornings and a seasonal market on Friday evenings. The village festival Paradou takes place on the first weekend in September with bullfighting, ball and giant paella. An attractive property with large garden and private pool, close to local amenities.
