You can also enjoy your meals outside on the terrace. When you come back after a beautiful day, you can enjoy the sun and peace and quiet while playing cards and sipping cool drinks.

Explore the island and Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey, one of the most visited, most photographed and most easily recognizable sites in France. Located in a large bay at the southern end of the Cotentin peninsula, the island is a major pilgrimage site with more than two million visitors a year. When you first arrive, the sight of Mont-Saint-Michel from across the water is truly amazing, just as impressive as you'd expect! Also visit the golden sand dune beaches of the English Channel, the D-Day beaches and all the historic sites of the Battle of Normandy. To the west lies Brittany with the town of Cancale, famous for its oysters, and the interesting historic town and castle of Fougeres is also worth a visit.
