This well-equipped vacation home awaits you just a few meters from the kilometer-long sandy beach in Svarte.

The bright house offers a mixture of old and new and a cozy atmosphere where you can relax with your family. Despite the somewhat older style of the house, you will find homely furnishings that will make your everyday vacation easier. In the morning, head out onto one of the terraces to enjoy breakfast together before setting off on an excursion or a day at the nearby beach.

Sydkustleden, one of Sweden's most beautiful cycling/hiking trails, runs nearby and stretches along almost the entire coast of Skåne län. Take the opportunity to hike or cycle along the trail to the east or west. You can also discover the charming old town of Ystad, stroll along the promenade and enjoy a coffee in one of the beach cafés. Want more experiences? Then also experience the Hallamölla waterfall, The Hills of Brösarp, Sövde Adventure Camp and Christinehof Castle. The Stones of Ale, Dag Hammarskölds Backåkra farm, the medieval castle Glimmingehus, the medieval town of Simrishamn and the nature reserve Bäckhalla valley are also worth a visit. If you are on vacation in Österlen, you should not miss a trip through the beautiful apple orchards in Kivik. Here you can experience the famous apple market in September.
