Holiday house Fleming with 4 bedrooms for 8 people and private pool to rent in Cala D'Or, Mallorca. A few minutes walk away is the Cala Ferrera beach, several supermarkets and restaurants. The center of Cala Dor, with beautiful sandy coves, a wide variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment areas, is a short walk away.
Fleming is distributed over two floors. Directly from the entrance there is an open room with a dining table to the left, living room and the open kitchen. The kitchen has access to the back of the house, where the pool is located. From the kitchen there access to the utility room with the fridge and the washing machine. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a double bed and another with twin beds. There is a bathroom with a bathtub between the two bedrooms.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor with a second living room with TV. A bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower-room. You have to go down two steps to access the last bedroom, with twin beds and an en-suite shower-room.
The bedrooms have air conditioning with fixed and limited hours.
In the front area you will find a covered veranda with a dining table. Artificial turf garden with table tennis table. There is a parking space for 2 to 3 rental cars on the side. The beautiful pool can be found at the back of the house. A pergola with another dining table and a brick built bbq complete this area. There are 8 sun loungers for sun worshipers.
