In the heart of Roussillon, on the Catalan coast, Saint-Cyprien is 15 km from Perpignan and 25 km from Spain. The Villa du Port is located in a secure residence called Le Clos de Saint-Cyprien, just behind the port, close to the shops and 500 m from the beaches of the Grande Bleue. Park your car on arrival in the private parking space right next to the gîte and enjoy your holiday on foot or by bike (cycle path located at the start of the port beach towards Canet en Roussillon). All the local shops are just a 3-minute walk away, including a mini-market, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, pharmacy and newsagent. Villa du Port is located in a secure co-ownership complex comprising around twenty houses and thirty flats. From 30 June to 30 September, you have access to the residence's unheated swimming pool (12x25x0.80 to 2 m) and a small children's pool (40 cm deep), which are secure and supervised by a lifeguard, a secure children's garden and a tennis court, and a petanque ground. A parking space in front of the residence is reserved for you. Ground floor: kitchen area with living room opening onto the private enclosed terrace (50 m²) with barbecue and garden furniture. Bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (wc). First floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (wc). A washing machine is available on the ground floor, in an outside lean-to on the terrace.
