The Linda Sur farmhouse is an ideal choice if you are looking for a holiday home in the tranquil Mallorcan countryside. This accommodation is ideal for a family with two children or two couples travelling together and offers plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The south-facing, single-storey farmhouse is set on a spacious plot with olive and orange trees. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and features well-tended flowerbeds edged with natural stone as well as various relaxing seating areas on the partly sunny, partly covered terraces. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers nearby. Parking spaces are available next to the holiday home.

Inside, the single-storey farmhouse has a bright and inviting interior that combines traditional and modern elements. Simple tiled floors, natural colours and wooden window and door frames complement the modern furnishings. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas create a spacious environment, which is further emphasised by floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the garden and direct access to the terrace. The two double bedrooms are tastefully designed and are complemented by two well-appointed bathrooms for added privacy.

The Linda Sur farmhouse is situated on a large plot in the middle of nature in the south of Mallorca. Despite the rural and quiet location, you are not far from Campos, where there are shops and restaurants - you only have to drive about 4.8 km. The beach Cala Sa Nau is approx. 22 km away.

The optional use of air conditioning is included in the price if used appropriately. In the rare case of an overrun, money must be put into the unit.
