Equal parts beautiful and authentic, Villa Es Camp Fora is set on a 20,500 m² private plot with the typical variety of local Mallorcan vegetation, predominantly almond trees. The large main house and the small casita are right next to each other: the architecture of the main house combines authenticity, and the brightly smoothed casita is cheerful and cheeky with trendy shutters while retaining a certain grace. In summer, you will spend most of your time outside on one of the terraces. On the north-west-facing terrace in front of the casita, for example, which enjoys the natural shade of a pepper tree, you can beat the heat and retreat under the beautiful, massive round arch by the stairs while enjoying a good read. The round pool is never far away and offers pleasant refreshment. A few steps away from the large house, in the middle of the extremely beautiful and spacious garden, is the beautiful, bright blue pool, adjacent to an open-air sun terrace with convenient side stair access. On the surrounding open spaces, you can lie comfortably on the sun loungers in the sun or in the natural shade. You can cool off in the ornate wall shower next to the pool. A small path leads from the pool terrace to the large veranda, from where you can enjoy the marvellous view from an open-air seat in the breezy shade. The wide, magnificent round arches in the vegetation-covered garden exude a somewhat magical charm. There are further first-class vantage points on the balcony on the first floor - idyllic views are guaranteed here!

In the main house, guests are greeted by a large and very cosy combined living/dining room. The stylish sofa corner invites you to spend relaxing hours by the fireplace; the round dining table is perfect for an indoor dinner. A special highlight is the small library. Here you can sit comfortably and read or watch TV. At the same time, this slightly separate room offers you an excellent opportunity to retreat immediately and stress-free if necessary. Both bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms) are generously proportioned, fitted with high-quality furniture and have a very elegant design. The absence of many distracting accessories gives these rooms a bright and calm impression. And what a marvellous view from the large window you have from here in the morning! The tasteful design continues in the sun-drenched bathroom. These are characterised by their comfortable, spacious and modern style. The cosy house next door has a living area with a pretty dining area that flows into the fully equipped kitchen, which contrasts beautifully with the exposed wooden beam ceilings, white walls and robust, natural-coloured floor tiles. The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are pleasantly large and bright, and the white bathroom with yellow and brown colour accents is equipped with a bathtub. There is also a TV and WLAN in this area. The fan provides a cool breeze in the rooms of both houses in summer; thanks to the central heating, the temperatures are also pleasant in winter. The layout of this residence, which is divided into two residential units, is perfect for two families or a group of discerning travellers who value privacy even on holiday.

The villa is situated in a beautiful rural location close to the lovely town of S'Alqueria Blanca. This typical Mediterranean town has a small, charming market square with small, authentic cafés where you can also meet Mallorcans over a morning cortado coffee. The large town of Santanyí invites you to go shopping. Make sure you take the opportunity to visit Cala Santanyí: you will be amazed by the beauty of these small beaches near the town. The Parc Natural de Mondrago National Park is located on the road between S'Alqueria Blanca and Santanyí. The nature reserve with its unique flora and fauna has continuous hiking and cycling trails. The central highlight of the nature reserve are the two beaches Sa Font de n'Alis and S'Amarador. A visit to this protected, spectacular landscape is extremely worthwhile. The extremely varied semi-detached villa Es Camp Fora is surrounded by an estate in a fantastic rural location between Santanyí and S'Alqueria Blanca. The beautiful holiday resort of S'Alqueria Blanca is perfect for daily shopping and there is a market on Tuesdays. Santanyí, just a few kilometres away by car, is ideal for shopping. The beautiful bays of the south coast such as Ses Font de N'Alis or S'Amarador can be reached in a few minutes.
