The idyllic Villa Rotes de Bou is located in the immediate vicinity of a main road that leads directly to the local beach. The extensive grounds of this holiday residence offer a lush population of trees and various other Mediterranean plants, which beautifully frame the large pool and terrace landscape. In the centre of the outdoor area, slightly elevated, is the 32 m² pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip on hot days. It can be reached via a classic staircase and is surrounded by a colour-contrasting sun terrace. Comfortable sun loungers offer ideal conditions for extensive relaxation. Perhaps you just want to switch off and do nothing for a while - after all, you are on holiday. A parasol is available to protect you from strong UV rays. From here, a few steps lead to the large, partially covered terrace next to the house. Various outdoor seating furniture is available on the terrace to cater for a wide range of activities and requirements. For example, you can enjoy dinner together at the settee, relax in the small, luxurious lounge area with polyrattan armchairs or linger in the breezy shade at the wooden table and bench combination, which is also perfect for enjoying dinner together. Here you can celebrate a culinary barbecue evening together, prepare and savour delicious regional delicacies and enjoy the wonderful view of the garden.

Traditionally, you enter the house via the terrace and arrive in the atmospheric living-dining room, where cheerful colours and a variety of individual decorations harmonise with the beautiful exposed beam ceiling and floor tiles. You can relax on the comfortable sofas and armchairs at any time of day and perhaps immerse yourself in a good book or magazine or be entertained by an appealing film, which you can watch on the conveniently placed flat-screen TV with satellite connection here. This room with its open-plan design offers two different dining areas, as does the kitchen, which is slightly separated from the room by an arch and a counter. The kitchen is spacious and easy to clean and is equipped with everything you need for everyday use. The equipment also includes an Italian coffee machine and a kettle. Individually and lovingly furnished bedrooms invite you to relax and dream. The air-conditioned rooms ensure a restful night's sleep, even on hot midsummer nights. Here you will find two single beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres and a double bed measuring 1.50 x 1.90 metres. The bright bathroom with daylight is functionally equipped, including a bathtub. A hairdryer is available in the house, so you don't have to bring your own.

The sea is really only a few minutes' walk away. A special kind of luxury that is highly sought after by many holidaymakers. In addition, the fine sandy beaches around Port de Pollença have a shallow entry into the water, which makes them particularly attractive for families with children. The pretty town of Port de Pollença offers a beautiful promenade with shops, bars and restaurants. This is a very attractive alternative if you want to spend a night away from the private villa. The old town of the centre of Pollença, a little further inland, is often considered particularly picturesque. At its heart is the central square; the Sunday market is full of locals and tourists.

Villa Rotes de Bou is a real highlight due to its sensational proximity to the beach. The house with state-of-the-art facilities is situated on a very large 11,000 m² plot. The coastal village of Port de Pollença is only 12 minutes away by car. The nearest beach is within walking distance, just 250 metres away. The journey to the airport takes around 42 minutes.
