Villa "Groc is set on a stunning estate surrounded by young olive and citrus trees, lavender and oleander groves, all in a paradisiacal setting on the edge of a nature reserve. The property utilises modern renewable energy sources to ensure a comfortable stay while protecting the environment.

Two terraces with high-quality teak furniture and a hammock invite you to relax. A large, illuminated pool with a surrounding sun terrace invites you to refresh and relax. The villa offers an ideal level of privacy as it sits alone on one of four olive plantations, making it perfect for couples looking for a quiet retreat. A friendly pet donkey, "Toni", brings joy to the children and adds to the charm of this ecologically run house.

The beautifully restored stone farmhouse combines modern comforts with traditional features, including exposed beams and terracotta tiles. Inside, the four-metre-high living and sleeping area is ideal for cosy evenings and saves space thanks to the partition wall that divides the areas into two. The modern bathroom has a stylishly tiled shower, while the fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering effortless and you can enjoy your meals either in the indoor dining area or outside.

The stunning natural stone villa "Groc is situated in an absolutely peaceful location between Sencelles and Costitx and is surrounded by gently rolling countryside. Costitx has a supermarket, bars, restaurants and a great bakery and is only about five minutes away by car. The convenient location of the accommodation allows excursions to many of the island's beaches such as the bay of Alcúdia, Can Picafort and Ciudad Jardin.
