Large groups who want to spend a wonderful and unforgettable holiday together often have difficulty finding accommodation Holiday homes with XXL capacity are rare on the island. In this respect, Villa Principal EMF274 surpasses all others, combining a wonderful natural environment with a lush green property that has three separate buildings where you can stay. The garden that connects the villas has several artificial little oases that you can discover on a stroll. You can also meet up for a spontaneous game of tennis on the private court, which is available between 10am and 9pm and is shared by all guests. Once the winner has been decided, the two pools in the garden offer a welcome opportunity to cool off, perhaps followed by a long sunbath. If you would then like to get together again, you are welcome to meet up for a barbecue. The villa complex is ideal for such a get-together and one of the houses even has an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven. You can therefore spend most of your holiday in the mild and fresh island air. You can enjoy some of it on the cosy terrace areas, which are ideal for socialising. Whether you prefer to make yourself comfortable on a sun lounger or cosy up on one of the rattan pieces of furniture is entirely up to you - just make sure you do something good for yourself and your loved ones.

All the facilities of these cosily furnished houses are at your disposal. Two of the villas sleep four people in two bedrooms, each with an exquisite and original design. The owners have demonstrated their flair for interior design in their choice of furniture, including exquisite pieces made of high-quality wood. The wooden beams under the ceiling add character and create a cosy atmosphere. In addition to two bathrooms, the third villa also has three bedrooms, one of which has the luxury of its own bathroom, ensuring the comfort of six guests. Large windows in Villa Piscina ensure that the rooms are flooded with light during the day. So sooner or later, the island sun is sure to lure you outside, even if it's really cosy in bed.

Thanks to the fantastic location, you can also explore the particularly beautiful east of Mallorca during your holiday! Cala Ratjada or Artà are only 10 to 15 minutes away by car. There you can watch the hustle and bustle on the street over an espresso in a café before stocking up for the evening cookery party at the weekly market or in one of the supermarkets. When it comes to beautiful beaches, you are spoilt for choice: Cala Torts and Cala Matzoc are less frequented, while the livelier Cala Agulla or Cala Mesquida with good facilities are ideal for a typical beach day.
