Do you know the feeling? You enter a house for the first time and know immediately: I want to stay here. You'll probably get that gut feeling here, because Villa Dues immediately enchanted us. On the extensive 30,000 m² estate, a place has been created with great skill and attention to detail that caresses the soul and is guaranteed to make you smile. Take a deep breath and experience an absolutely magical moment when the sun moves over the mountain range and bathes the landscape in golden light: The grandiose view conveys a feeling of vastness. Right next to the house there is a covered terrace with a large dining table and barbecue, as well as an area with sun loungers for relaxing and a cosy outdoor lounge. Do you love the sun? There are additional sun loungers in the pool area for extended sunbathing. The large, inviting pool not only offers refreshment on warm days, but is also the perfect place for your morning workout or a picnic at sunset thanks to the adjoining lawn. The upper floor of the two-storey building is surrounded by several balconies: From up here, you can see far across the island to the sea.

The 430 m² of living space is spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the light-flooded living room in bright colours, a kitchen, a guest WC and a bedroom with bathroom. A dining room adjoins the stylishly furnished living room with a corner fireplace and large sofa set. From here you have direct access to the ultra-modern kitchen with cooking island, oven, microwave and large fridge. All rooms have direct access to the garden. The modern double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a large washbasin, flooded with natural light. Upstairs you will find three further spacious bedrooms, each of which can accommodate two people. Decorated in warm colours, each room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath or walk-in shower. Do you like it cool at night? No problem, because your holiday home is fully air-conditioned; you can simply select your desired ambient temperature in each room.

The exposed, secluded location of the villa guarantees 100% privacy and unforgettable moments in a very idyllic region of Mallorca. The classic-style building sits majestically on a hill, surrounded by a maquis of lavender and broom bushes, wild olive trees, pines and Aleppo pines, rosemary and rock roses. The mild Mediterranean climate with its many days of sunshine has created a landscape that is unrivalled in its beauty and grace. Urban flair can be experienced in Mallorca's second largest town, Manacor: Known for its pearl industry and with its historic noble houses, the town has now shed its rather industrial image and surprises visitors with narrow alleyways, pretty cafés, restaurants and boutiques. The weekly market in particular exudes the typical Mallorcan lifestyle. The most beautiful bays and beaches on the east coast, such as the breathtaking Cala Romantica, are not far away by car. In addition, the region offers countless hiking trails, water sports facilities and numerous attractions - virtually everything you could wish for in a varied, extremely relaxing holiday. The beautiful natural stone villa Dues is situated in an elevated position in the Mediterranean landscape south of the town of Manacor. The exposed, secluded location guarantees 100% privacy and a wide, unobstructed view of the vast, fertile plain of Llevant. There are no direct neighbours: here you can enjoy luxurious understatement off the beaten tourist track. You can reach the pearl town of Manacor in no time at all, where you can do your daily shopping or visit one of the many restaurants.
