If you are travelling in a group of two or three people, possibly with a baby or two, you have probably already found your ideal accommodation here! With a strategic location on a small road just 200m from the sea as the crow flies, you can enjoy your home-brewed morning coffee in your casual loungewear either in the minimalist courtyard, which is completely screened from view and pleasantly cool colours, or on the breezy roof terrace while you start planning the holiday hours ahead. Whatever you decide to do, thanks to the clever architecture and layout, the distances are short anyway. The lower terrace, however, has the allure of a table and chairs and invites you to enjoy your meals in complete privacy and under the open sky at the same time; there is even a barbecue.

The interior design is private and trendy: Lots of white in combination with wood colours offers space for your personal holiday colours. Your temporary living space of 70 m² is spread over one level, so you don't have to deal with the hassle of climbing stairs. You can cook, eat and relax in the same room, where the floor-to-ceiling patio window combined with the clever lighting and white interior create a bright and inviting ambience. Here you can either relax on the sofa, sit at the table and eat, play or write or prepare a few delicacies in the modern kitchen. Thanks to the air conditioning, you will always have the perfect indoor temperature, even on warm summer days. This also applies to the two stylish bedrooms, one of which has a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2 metres and the other a single bed measuring 0.90 x 2 metres. Of course, there is also a very modern bathroom with shower, in keeping with the style of the rest of the house.

The location of the house is a dream, especially because of its absolute proximity to the sea! You only have to walk 1 km before you can plunge into the waves, pack your beach bag and off you go! This part of the island around Cala Millor, S'Illot, Sa Coma, Porto Cristo and other beautiful places is a little more densely populated as it attracts many tourists, but you still don't have to miss out on the feeling of being on your own boat on an individual holiday. One of the things that makes the east coast so attractive is its many attractions: In addition to beautiful sandy beaches with excellent water quality, history buffs will also find numerous excursion destinations to visit numerous creations from the Talayotic period. Another tip is to go to Porto Cristo on Sundays for the weekly market or to head north to small towns such as Artà and Capdepera. Ca Na Tonina Nou is also popular with tennis fans, as Rafa Nadal's tennis academy in Manacor is located nearby.
