Then the beautiful Son Peretó farmhouse is simply perfect for your next stay on the island: the holiday home for up to ten people in a wonderfully secluded rural location on a huge plot in the centre of Mallorca not only offers plenty of space for all your fellow travellers, but also scores with lots of character and charm. Families with children will feel just as at home here as friends travelling together. The natural stone farmhouse is surrounded by a paradisiacal garden, inviting seating areas can be found on various covered and sunny terraces, always lined with palm trees and other lush green plants. The pool promises pleasant refreshment and you can relax wonderfully on the sun loungers all around. You can park your hire car in the gravel car park directly in front of the house in the shade of the trees.

You have plenty of space here: the holiday home is particularly spacious and well laid out. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living and dining room with comfortable sofas and a large dining table as well as the well-equipped kitchen. A total of three tastefully furnished bedrooms and two modern bathrooms round off the living comfort on this level. On the upper floor there are two further very nice large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The house has been renovated with great attention to detail, so that the rustic farmhouse character has been retained inside. At the same time, Son Peretó has plenty of modern comforts and is very stylish in a beautifully simple, understated way. Many large windows let in the light, roughly plastered walls, round arches, natural colours, natural stone and lots of wood lend a rural flair. You can enjoy complete tranquillity in the midst of a rural idyll: The beautiful old farmhouse Son Peretó stands on a huge plot in the centre of Mallorca. And although you are only approx. 3.2 km from the nearest village of Sant Llorenc or 6.7 km from Manacor, your holiday home and its inviting outdoor area offer you maximum privacy. Beaches such as Porto Cristo, Sa Coma or Cala Petita are between 12 and 14 km away and can be easily reached by car.
