If you are looking for peace and privacy as well as tasteful and well-kept surroundings, then this villa is the right place for you. Even the last few metres of the tree-lined driveway give visitors the impression of an inviting idyll. The lush, secluded garden surrounded by trees has a wide variety of niches, areas and corners and offers all kinds of favourite spots. In addition to beautiful lawns and terraces, you will find small walls and paths as well as Mediterranean flowers and other regional vegetation. All these individual elements make this property very cosy and atmospheric. The lawns are certainly attractive as a playground for children. The stylish infinity pool, which is just a few steps away from the house, is flanked on two sides by a beautiful tiled terrace and has a very wide and comfortable stepped entrance. You can relax on the comfortable loungers and choose your favourite spot in the garden. Natural shade is available at any time of day. A parasol is also available if the sun is too strong. The house's covered terrace with its breezy shade also invites you to take a seat at the modern table and enjoy a meal. Here you can enjoy the view of the garden and the surrounding countryside beyond its borders from early in the morning. In the evening, you may want to organise a culinary barbecue to prepare it yourself and sample the fresh, delicious regional ingredients.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

A large, combined living/dining area welcomes guests inside the villa. It houses a limited number of tasteful decorations, beautiful unique pieces and high-quality materials. The wooden-framed windows, the matching solid beams on the ceilings and the terracotta-coloured tiles give the room an impression of atmospheric unity. The stylish sofa corner invites you to spend relaxing hours by the fireplace or in front of the television. Here you can safely enjoy a good book or a delicious drink. The solid dining table with rattan chairs skilfully rounds off the cosy ambience of the room. The bright kitchen is loosely separated from the other rooms. It is fully equipped and has an oven, ceramic hobs, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle and a filter coffee machine. The inviting combination of aesthetics and brightness continues in the three bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom). Beautiful furniture and materials are harmoniously combined with deliberately placed, elegant accents. Here too, the visual sensitivity is very impressive. The bathrooms are not only functionally equipped, but also very modern and spacious. You can conveniently leave your hairdryer and iron at home. Worth mentioning is the villa's extremely impressive entrance area with a unique natural stone arch built with imposing exclusive materials: a special eye-catcher right outside the front door.

Villa Fontana is a very tastefully furnished holiday home near Ariany in the east of the island. The town centre is only about 10 minutes away by car. Petra offers the perfect opportunity for grocery shopping. There is a weekly market here on Wednesdays with a wide selection of fresh regional produce. Beautiful beaches nearby include the marvellous sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina or Cas Cappelans.
