This villa near the beach becomes a privileged place to spend a pleasant holiday. The beautiful outdoor area has a swimming pool, relaxation areas under the verandas and sunbeds for sunbathing and a petanque court for having fun. The surrounding pine trees, the Mediterranean garden with its palm trees and flowering shrubs form an idyllic backdrop. When it is too hot in the sun, the covered terrace offers an attractive place to relax. The east-facing rear veranda is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or to sunbathe sheltered from the wind in the cooler months. The chill-out area also offers pure relaxation and invites you to have a barbecue.

Inside the light-flooded villa near the beach, you will find an aesthetically pleasing and spacious atmosphere. The comfortable house exudes a cosy and stylish atmosphere thanks to the elegant floor coverings and the combination of wooden furniture. Underfloor heating and air conditioning ensure an ideal indoor temperature at all times. In the living room, a large sofa invites you to cosy up in front of the fireplace. In the dining room there is a large wooden table where you can enjoy a good meal. The delicacies on the table can be wonderfully prepared in the fully equipped kitchen next door. The tasteful ambience continues in the three bedrooms and the modern bathrooms, two of which are ensuite. One of the upper bedrooms has direct access to the balcony. The super-stylish Villa Alegria Mediterranea is located close to the beach and in the middle of the holiday home area in Santa Ponsa and is surrounded by a very well-kept outdoor area. Shopping facilities, the sea and good coastal restaurants are all within walking distance. Port Adriano is only 750 metres away, and beautiful beaches are also not far from the house. Due to its location on an acoustically perceptible small road, you are optimally connected to other places in the near and far surroundings.
