The newly built villa was constructed in a pagoda-like villa style, with numerous, partially covered terraces and balconies that offer spectacular views over the surrounding area to the sea. Large, wide windows flood both floors of the villa with the light of the Mediterranean sun. The 600 m² of living space is spread over just 3 double bedrooms. It is therefore fair to say that the owner of this tasteful home already had the idea of rooms with generous space in mind when the property was built. The theme of generosity is also reflected in the garden area, where numerous seating areas are waiting to be discovered: Sleeping areas under mature trees, perfect for chilling out on deckchairs, space under a parasol at teatime and many more seating and dining areas on the terraces. In addition to the main property, you will find a small hut in the garden, where there is another living room with a TV, fireplace and plenty of sofa corners for relaxing, reading or listening to music. You can also organise a group dinner there: A wonderful place, perfect for cosy evenings with all the time in the world to chat in a relaxed atmosphere. In the park-like garden you will find the spacious pool with over 60 m² and varying depths. The pool is embedded in a sun terrace that invites you to relax. If it gets too hot for you, simply relax under one of the two parasols and enjoy the day on one of the comfortable loungers. At night, the pool's LED lights create an extraordinary atmosphere as they can be programmed with 12 different colours.
When you enter the house from the garden, you enter a great open-plan living area. This bright, airy space not only houses a fireplace surrounded by cosy seating, but also a library area with an antique desk and a stunning grand piano. On the other side of the living area is a dining area furnished with exceptional seating. The floor in this room is made of dark, high-quality natural stone, which extends into the open-plan kitchen area and can also be found in the American-style bar and on the walls. There are 2 bar stools with antique tractor seats at the bar. A solid wood look was used for the façade of this fully equipped kitchen, where you will find a spacious stainless steel-look fridge/freezer, a user-friendly height hob, a huge cooking surface and much more. Another dining area is located in a room reminiscent of a conservatory. Not only does a table set up there provide even more cosiness, but also a relaxed seating area with trendy wicker furniture in front of another fireplace: a lovely space for cosy get-togethers in the evenings in the cooler months. The high walls are decorated with numerous artistic prints and large-format pictures, which look particularly impressive in the bright, spacious rooms.
A spiral staircase with metallic green painted handrails leads you to the upper floor of this impressive villa. Here we come across even more works of art in a wide variety of styles, from classical paintings to modern photographic art. There are also several balconies on this floor from which you can enjoy the spectacular views of the countryside. The master bedroom, with its large balcony and free-standing bed, would not look out of place in a luxury penthouse. Through the large window front, you can enjoy an unforgettable view over the pool and garden area, perhaps while lying down. The bathroom right next to this room has a large bathtub that can comfortably accommodate two people, as well as an additional shower (next to the toilet and bidet). The other two bedrooms are divided into the pink children's room and the traditional light blue room, both of which are very well furnished and extremely comfortable. Both bedrooms share a bathroom. An additional open-plan bathroom with shower can be found on the ground floor. The fourth bathroom is located in the basement. The bathrooms have a particularly unique design: An aqua green tiled bathroom with handmade blue washbasin and a black tiled shower room with walk-in shower leave nothing to be desired.
The impressive villa blends in perfectly with the coastal landscape. A wide, expansive dune landscape with typical Mediterranean trees (mainly cypresses) characterises the townscape. This vegetation can also be found in the park-like garden. Several small nature trails run through the same sand dune landscape and lead to beautiful beaches such as Es Trenc. This beach is also ideal for children, as the access to the sea is shallow and the sand is fine. It is considered one of the most attractive natural beauties of Mallorca, as it is one of the rare undeveloped beaches on the island.
