The agricultural enclave with its typical Mediterranean ambience welcomes you for a relaxing stay! Built in the 16th century, the estate has always been dedicated to agriculture, and you will find a correspondingly rustic idyll here. Family friendliness is a top priority here. The owners have children and want to make it as pleasant as possible for all families (they live in another house next door from June to October and look after the well-being of their guests). You can share the pool, the laundry room, the barbecue area and the colourful play area for the children. Here, adults can socialise while the children enjoy the company of slides, swings, trampolining and cycling. The inviting pool area is just a few metres from the house and offers plenty of space to play in the water and even a children's pool with an extra small slide! There is plenty of space to relax under the Mediterranean sun. Comfortable loungers invite you to laze around, perhaps leaf through a magazine or sip a cool drink. Depending on the time of day, there are also natural areas; a covered area is also available as a shopping centre. An appealing variety of trees and other Mediterranean plants and flowers emphasise the cosy atmosphere of the spacious outdoor area. In addition to the lovely barbecue area, you will also find a vegetable garden and a small petting zoo with guinea pigs. You can sit on your own terrace in front of your villa and enjoy the surroundings from there. Pleasant polyrattan furniture invites you to relax in private flair and a cosy breakfast in the morning with a view of the picturesque greenery and the sky above is a real treat!

Inside your holiday home, a rustic and loving style awaits you, which owes its charm to the Mallorcan flair, with great attention to detail in the furnishings. Antiques and modern technology complement each other in an appealing way and should ensure your well-being. Harmoniously coordinated colours and the use of natural stone and wood contribute to this. The house extends over several levels and has a very cosy living/dining room and a typical Mallorcan kitchen on the ground floor.
Three bedrooms all on the upper two floors, two of which are interconnected, represent the peaceful aspect of any holiday. You will spend relaxing hours in the surrounding tranquillity and the rustic interior design. Wooden beamed ceilings, natural stone elements and terracotta tiles not only emphasise the ground floor, but also the upper floors. There are two modern bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Our verdict: An absolute family villa that is hard to find, which is why we give this hot tip to anyone travelling with children! The authentic Es Rafalet estate consists of three independent houses: Sa Buhardilla Petita, Menuda and Sa Buhardilla, which you can also find in our programme. If you are planning a trip with a larger family, you will find the three fincas grouped together in Buhardilla Gran. They have a wonderfully peaceful, natural atmosphere and are located around 5 kilometres northwest of Manacor in the east of the island. There are several large supermarkets and some very good restaurants in the nearby town. By car you can easily reach the beaches in the south-east, such as Cala Varquez (18 km) or in the north-east, such as Son Serra de Marina (21 km). There are a total of five golf courses with 18 holes just a few kilometres from the holiday home.
