If you don't mind paying a little more for a priceless location, you should definitely take a look at this small, cube-shaped beach house. The outdoor lounge area with 11-metre-long pool, sun deck and generously padded chill-out BBQ area is larger than the interior, but who wants to miss a minute of this sensational view, this exclusive waterfront feeling, this tingling summer feeling? A relaxing time with sun and sea?
Villa Cabrera extends over 50 square metres behind the airy swinging curtains, and of course there is a door so that you can feel completely safe when rinsing off in the walk-in shower. You can also bring the relaxed beach feeling inside, where the colours of the beach and the sea adorn the walls, the bamboo chair spreads out its canvas and the couch with all its cushions invites you to take an air-conditioned break. The elegant, open-plan kitchen is also close by, should you feel like preparing a salad or a coffee. and of course to grab another round of drinks from the fridge. However, with so many good restaurants nearby and a love of fresh fish, you may want to treat yourself to an evening out. One sliding door further and you'll find a double bed with its own TV and a view of the sea against the elegant backdrop of a room furnished with lots of different woods; the very modern en-suite bathroom has no windows, but the indirect lighting lets you watch your Mallorca tan grow. And should it get too lively in the beach house, the underfloor heating quickly provides cosy warmth.

The former fishing village of Colònia de Sant Jordi, which belongs to the municipality of Ses Salines, is now a popular place for boating and water sports. White gold is still extracted from the pink-coloured lagoons in the salt fields of Salinas de Llevant, as it has been for generations. More than 150 bird species live in this unique canal landscape. There are numerous restaurants and cafés to visit right on the harbour promenade in Colònia de Sant Jordi, and a menu at Marta's versatile Sal de Cocó is not to be missed. You can hire bikes in the town and Santanyí, Campos, Cala d'Or and Cala Figurera are definitely worth a visit. Last but not least, the three kilometre long, unspoilt dream beach of Es Trenc, the Parc Natural de Mondragó and the Cabrera marine reserve are three convincing reasons to choose Villa Cabrera as your beach holiday home.
