Behind the rather inconspicuous façade of the multi-storey building in an excellent location, just a few hundred metres from the harbour and the harbour beach, lies a modern, purist 3-room ground floor flat with street parking. Marieta Bajos opens to the rear and offers an oasis of relaxation in the middle of the neighbourhood, which is unusual for a city property: surrounded by walls, with a small green area and a terrace shielded by the floor above, the highlight is a 10-metre-long pool that stretches across the garden. Guests can easily switch between the beach and the private pool, split up as they wish and go their own way. During barbecues in your own alcove under the open sky with direct access to the kitchen, you don't have to worry about anyone looking at your plates from above, and you can easily reserve one or two loungers for a shady spot next to the dining table.

All in white, Mariet Bajos allows you to let your own colours shine and enjoy the pleasant coolness of the rooms. The windows and doors let in light and air (fans and air conditioning are also available), while the interior is clearly set back from outdoor activities. After a day by the sea, you can quickly switch off and not be distracted by other impressions. Three smaller bedrooms are grouped around the living/dining room with access to the terrace and kitchen. There is a choice of a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and beds with single mattresses (0.90 x 2 m); fitted wardrobes provide ample storage space. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers (one of which is en-suite) are also available and the outdoor shower can also be used for refreshment. Thanks to a washing machine and tumble dryer in the extra room, this holiday home is suitable for guests who want to enjoy the beach, excursions and water sports but are travelling light.

Blue hours, rosy views and anything but ordinary: the south of the island will enchant you with its colours from the Cueva Azul on Goat Island to the lagoons of Ses Salines and reveal its creative side. The former fishing village of Colònia de Sant Jordi attracts guests who love the water, want to be active or are addicted to the natural beauty of this region. The coastline is dotted with caves, bays, natural beaches and small islands, while the Cabrera marine reserve attracts divers to the rich underwater world. There is always something going on at the Platja des Port at the marina and at Platja d'es Dolç, around 2 km away, which also offers safe bathing fun for families. A tapas tour offered in summer takes you to various places in the city; if you are staying right in the centre, you can ignore time and treat yourself to another glass of wine due to the shorter walk home. Located in the centre of the city, surrounded by beautiful beaches and water sports centres: Marieta Bajos, a modern ground floor flat with a long pool, brings you very close to the sea! Walking to the harbour, the lighthouse, the beach, the supermarket and the already laid table couldn't be more convenient. Ses Salines, Santanyí and Portocolom are ideal for short excursions on wheels.
