Lage:
The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, high above the Görtschitztal in Central Carinthia. Anyone looking for peace and quiet will find it here. In front of the house there is a 4000m2 garden, a sun terrace and fantastic panoramic views. The house is accessible all year round via a private road.

Entfernungen:
Next town Lölling 5km, Guttaring 7km, next inn 750m within walking distance. In Lölling you will find the Landgasthaus Neugebauer (award-winning restaurant and sushi) and the Gasthaus Lauchart. Klippitztörl ski area (6 lifts, 13 runs) in 16km. Tonnerhütte ski area lifts with uphill tobogganing 26km. Natural bathing lake Längensee 23km, golf course 24km, Kraiger lake 27km, climbing park 27km. Walking and hiking trails directly from the house, e.g. on the Hahntraten, Funderkreuz, Schumetzkogel. Many managed alpine pastures are waiting for you, mountain bike trails from the house. Klippiztörl summer toboggan run 16km. Here you can take the chairlift to 1818 m and rush down the 1400 m long route with steep curves, bridges and underpasses. MTB tours from St. Veit an der Glan (35km): St. Veit-Hörzendorfer-See-Rundweg 2.8km, Lorenziberg 25km, water tour St. Veit – Feldkirchen 36.8km.

You live on the ground floor of the house with direct access to the garden. The decor is rustic and comfortable. Living room with tiled stove and seating area, kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine. Radio, TV, WiFi, washing machine available. Double room with additional bed. Bathroom with tub, toilet. From the living room exit into the 4000m2 garden. Here you will find a sun terrace that is completely hidden from view. Seat, grill. There is also an outdoor sauna with a wonderful panoramic view and an outdoor shower in front of the terrace. The upper floor is private, but the landlord is rarely on site when guests live on the ground floor. You are completely undisturbed. The house has its own spring water of the best quality. When the sun shines during the day, electricity is generated via a PV system. Heating is done with infrared heating or with a tiled stove. Carport available. Bed linen and towels are included!
