Here you can really enjoy country life: in the excellently maintained, spacious Villa Sa Tanca Nova on a large estate with impressive palm trees and a lovingly designed pool area that can compete with a star hotel. The sand-coloured house with the particularly beautiful covered terrace, from which you have a great view of the garden, will win you over in every respect. If you go down a few steps from the terrace, you will already have reached the gently sloping pool, which glistens turquoise in the sun, and this pool is anything but a boring rectangle. Not only does it have an outdoor whirlpool, but it also has a circular layout with a pretty little island in the centre and a bridge as an additional highlight. It's not just the kids who will love swimming a lap or two here! And if you don't fancy a cool dip, you can either relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers or play a game of table tennis with your fellow travellers at the in-house table. Afterwards, enjoy freshly prepared delicacies from the brick-built barbecue and a nightcap on the cosy wicker chairs on the terrace - the perfect end to your day!

A rustic style, tastefully combined with modern elements, inviting, high quality - this is how the entire interior of this villa can be summarised. Light colours have been used in all rooms, complemented by accents of natural stone and stylishly placed art on the walls. There are also some beautiful dark wooden beams on the ceilings. On the ground floor, in addition to the entrance area and a bathroom, you will find the open-plan kitchen, which leads to the dining and living area with plenty of space, as well as a pleasantly discreetly furnished double bedroom with a chic bathroom. In the living room, you can enjoy the cosy crackling of the fireplace from the large sofa and watch an exciting thriller with a glass of red wine in the evening. Three further bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom, offer a retreat on the upper floor.

Sa Tanca Nova is nestled in the beautiful Mediterranean landscape in the south of the island. This makes your holiday home the perfect starting point for long walks, hiking excursions or cycling tours through the countryside. If you want to run errands or simply relax in a cosy café, it's best to head to the pretty neighbouring village of S'Horta, which is only 3.4 km away and has just 1,000 inhabitants. It is always wonderfully quiet and relaxed here, except on Saturdays, when the locals sell fresh fruit and vegetables from the region at the weekly market. There is definitely more going on in Cala d'Or, just 3.7 km away, a typically Mallorcan, charming holiday resort around the eponymous Golden Bay. In addition to fantastic beaches for all tastes, with many smaller bays very close together, there are also plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping facilities and a vibrant nightlife. A country house straight out of a picture book: Villa Sa Tanca Nova was built in the middle of a beautiful Mediterranean landscape that invites you to relax and unwind. The classic building with a covered terrace area is situated on a spacious plot of land, where the special pool area stands out in particular: the cool water flows in a circle here, including a small bridge and a whirlpool. The idyllic village of S'Horta is just 3.4 km away and the beach of Cala d'Or is only 3.7 km away.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund. Air conditioning is included in the price of this accommodation, but its use between 20:00 and 08:00 is included in the price. The optional use of heating is included in the price for 10 hours per day during the winter months, after which it will be charged locally in cash. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
