When you arrive at Finca Can Rito Nou, you will immediately recognise the typical Mallorcan style of the new building, which is made of traditional quarry stone. Even from the outside, you get an impression of the remarkable spaciousness of the entire complex. Curiosity for more is aroused. Many almond trees and some olive trees grow on the property, and there is even a lemon tree. The car can be parked at the back of the house. The path leads holidaymakers around the house and onto the well-tended lawn. The small trees at the edge of the lawn provide a quiet, shady spot if the sun is too strong. From there, you can reach the wonderful pool area in just a few steps. The pool is completely surrounded by a paved terrace. Here you will also find plenty of sun loungers. An outdoor shower rounds off the comfort. From here you have a view of the large plot of land that belongs to the finca. On the other hand, the view sweeps over the water of the pool towards the finca. Pure privacy and an absolute holiday to switch off are guaranteed here.

From the beautiful pool area, a few steps lead up to the very spacious terrace of the building. It is covered and invites you to linger at any time of day. As there is plenty of space here, you can set up the table tennis table and start a holiday tournament, for example. A brick-built outdoor barbecue with storage space invites you to enjoy a barbecue. After a longer stay in the sun or in the pool, you are sure to find a shady spot here if you wish. If you enter the finca from the front, you reach the spacious entrance area. From there you enter the living room with a large dining table. This room offers plenty of space, is comfortably and functionally furnished and is particularly popular in the evenings. In addition to a modern flat-screen TV and other modern technology, there is a cosy fireplace, which radiates a cosy warmth as a radiant heater in the transitional period, but is also always suitable for enjoying romantic hours. In the kitchen, which is equipped with technology that leaves nothing to be desired and awaits the preparation of typical Spanish dishes, there is another dining table, perhaps for a small meal in between. The living and dining area has exposed beamed ceilings, which create a typical Mallorcan atmosphere. All rooms in the finca are very bright, as the sun covers the entire area. There are two cosy bedrooms on the ground floor, whose furnishings guarantee a good night's sleep. Two modern bathrooms, which are extensively equipped and a joy to use both in the morning and evening, complete the rooms on the ground floor. The stately staircase in the entrance area leads to the upper floor. Here, too, there are two inviting bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the large roof terrace, which offers a marvellous view of the Mallorcan countryside. After the adventures of the day, this is also an ideal retreat if you are looking for some peace and quiet.

It is about 8 km to some of the most enchanting beaches on the island of Mallorca. The nearest town, supermarket and cash machine are approx. 4 km away. A few kilometres south-east of the nearby town of Felanitx is the Santuari de Sant Salvador monastery, founded in 1342 on the Puig de Sant Salvador mountain. The ruins of the Castell de Santueri can be reached after a short drive. Between Cala d'Or and Portocolom, also very close by, is the bay of Cala sa Nau, which is known as a diving spot, especially for cave divers. Every Sunday morning there is a weekly market in the town of Felanitz. The nearest golf course is only 8 km away. The very spacious and comfortable finca Can Rito Nou is situated on a large plot in an absolutely peaceful location in the south-east of the island. It is secluded and offers the perfect conditions for an all-round relaxing holiday.

The air conditioning in the accommodation is included in the price, but its use is restricted between 20:00 and 08:00. After this time, the optional additional use will be charged in cash on site. The optional use of the heating is included in the price from 18:00 to 23:00 and from 06:00 to 09:00, outside these times you will be charged for the use in cash on site. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
