Your villa is situated on a plot of approx. 5,000 m², on which a true holiday oasis has been created. The tropical garden is particularly beautiful, with tall palm trees swaying gently in the wind, orange trees bearing vibrant fruit and sweeping views from the plain to the Tramuntana mountains. Who wouldn't start dreaming here? A 12 x 6 metre pool provides swimming fun and welcome refreshment. The pool area is equipped with comfortable sun loungers where you can relax under large parasols. Families with small children will feel particularly at home in this villa: It's not just the huge pool that makes the youngest visitors' eyes light up; as soon as they discover the swings and slide, they won't be able to contain their excitement. Spacious lawns and lush plants also provide the perfect setting to hide away. The garden has several terraces, some of which are partially covered. You can enjoy meals together outdoors at the large dining table. Of course, there is also an outdoor kitchen with a large charcoal grill so that you can prepare fresh fish in no time at all, ideally bought directly from the market hall. If you want to retreat to check your emails or immerse yourself in a good book, you will find a quiet, cosy spot on the covered terrace.

The interior of the spacious house, which extends over the ground floor and basement, is equipped with ultra-modern furnishings. Large windows let in plenty of light and bright furniture in subtle colours create a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. The open-plan living/dining area offers a large sofa area with flat-screen TV and a large dining table for 12 people, which flows perfectly into the kitchen. It is equipped with state-of-the-art electrical appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. In total, your villa has six bedrooms for two people each and five bathrooms, three of which are en-suite. Each of the bedrooms is fully air-conditioned and has its own television. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the others on the lower floor with access to the garden. The luxurious, daylight-flooded bathrooms have walk-in showers, modern washbasins and large mirrors. One of the bathrooms also has a bathtub. The purist design, the use of high-quality materials and the high level of comfort make Villa Son Mesquida de Inca a real gem that will make you a regular guest.

Centrally located in the centre of the island near the town of Inca, Villa Son Mesquida de Inca is the perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful Balearic Islands in all directions. In just a few minutes you can reach Mallorca's third largest town, which has a long tradition of shoemaking and has developed into a true shopping Mecca thanks to its flourishing leather industry. The town is also known for its quaint cellar restaurants and the large weekly market.
