Can Jaume dEs Carritxo is incredibly appealing even at first glance. The delicate building is surrounded by huge palm trees and is nestled in a well-tended garden with extensive lawns, magnificent flowering plants and a variety of Mediterranean shrubs. As soon as you reach the grounds via the country road, your heart will beat faster and you will know that you have reached your destination. As you are travelling together as a couple, you may need to spend some time together, which is often difficult in everyday life. Or you may be travelling as a small family with a child and four-legged friend - this constellation is also very welcome here. Or perhaps you are travelling with your best friend or a childhood friend, so you have a lot to talk about and sometimes don't talk at all - anything is possible here. A little pampering should also be part of your holiday programme, including the large pool with diving board. After a refreshing dip, you can relax on one of the sun loungers in the shade of the parasol, read a book or simply laze around. A relaxing afternoon by the pool with almond cake, sobrasada, figs, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and pimientos will allow you to unwind and relax in your holiday home. Especially in the quieter months of the year, Can Jaume dEs Carritxo is a particularly attractive option for a holiday in the countryside, away from the crowds.

This southern region fits perfectly with your choice of a quiet country house. The area is characterised by rolling hills and exudes peace and relaxation. Excursions to the Sant Salvador monastery, visible from afar, or to the Parc Natural de Mandragó are sure to delight you. At the same time, you can experience tourist-free village life in the small towns. The coastal towns of Santanyí or Portocolom offer a wonderful atmosphere with soft colours. These great excursion destinations are only a short drive away along the country road, which can only be heard when the wind blows from a certain direction. If you want to see the sea, head to Cala d'Or, Cala Santanyí or one of the other beautiful bays, many of which have a fjord-like character. Can Jaume d'Es Carritxo comes pretty close to paradise, but you should definitely experience it for yourself!

It is located in a wonderful rural setting, surrounded by the rolling, wooded hills of Serres de Llevant, which are green all year round. For your daily shopping, you can visit the surrounding villages such as Cas Concos and take the 12-minute drive to Felanitx. Discover the beauty of nature not only inland in the south, but also on the beautiful beaches such as Cala d'Or or Cala Marçal, which are only 9 km away.
