Just 5 minutes from the Ma-15 motorway (Palma Manacor), this is another world you are entering. It would be best if you do not have a sports car with a lowered suspension that is not used to driving on land. The natural stone villa Can Marcos impresses with its magnificent cuboid tower. It has a unique hillside location, a 360° view over the wide plain of Es Plà as far as the Tramuntana, a 100% private area surrounded by palm and almond trees and planted gravelled areas where up to 4 cars can be parked. You can enjoy all this on the 500 m² terrace right next to the house or one level below, with the sun on your face or in the shade, in comfortable lounge furniture or by the 12 metre long pool. In addition, a stylish pool house, a beautiful outdoor bathroom and a covered outdoor kitchen that rivals its indoor sister make outdoor living extremely comfortable. On request, a large (for 5 people) heated outdoor hot tub can be booked for an additional charge. To ensure that the ambience and travel groups harmonise 100% at this location, this villa is only rented to (non-smoking) couples or families. Couples or families.

Six double doors bring the Mediterranean lifestyle to the ground floor of the house: in the spacious and airy living/dining/entrance area as well as in the two light-flooded guest rooms, which are absolutely equivalent in terms of their furnishings. One level up we find the master bedroom, which sets additional standards with a large metal bed, a balcony and an exquisite granite bathroom (shower, bathtub and double washbasin). Even from Santuari de Monti-Sion, 7 kilometres from Can Marcos, the view of the vast plains, famous for their apricots, is mesmerising. The sweet, chocolate-dipped fruits come from Porreres and the popular restaurant L'Escrivania offers many tantalising, typically Mallorcan dishes on the menu. In Llucmajor, don't forget to have an espresso at the historic Café Colón in Plaza España. Almond croissants from Campos will end up in your picnic basket. The south coast from Sa Ràpita to Cala Santanyí will put all its paradisiacal beaches on the table. Don't worry: sugar can easily be converted into pure energy on the climb up the 542 metre-high Puig de Randa monastery. Those who find their happiness on horseback can do so on holiday at the Caballo Blanco riding stables, just 1 km from the villa. Live in luxury, just 20 minutes from Palma: The newly built Villa Can Marcos with modern, high-quality furnishings and a large pool is situated in an idyllic and absolutely peaceful location in the hills between Porreres and Montuïri. You can do a little shopping here (and also at the weekly farmers' market), but for a wider selection and greater enjoyment you'll have to drive to Llucmajor and Manacor; or armed with a filled picnic basket in Campos, you can continue on to Mallorca's dream beaches in the south, such as Ex Trenc and Sa Ràpita, which are around 30 km away.
