Whether you are relaxing on one of the modern chairs in the lounge area or enjoying a meal together at the large wooden table, you are guaranteed to experience that very special Mallorca feeling! What could be nicer than sitting here in the morning, greeting the new day, savouring an aromatic cup of coffee and looking out over the surrounding garden? Hot summer days are sweetened by the pool, which is all of 12 metres long, tiled with blue mosaic tiles and easily accessible via a staircase. Conveniently, there is an outdoor bathroom so you don't have to walk around the house with wet feet. The brick BBQ grill invites you to enjoy gastronomic barbecues, perhaps under the starry Mediterranean sky. The barbecue integrated into the outdoor kitchen allows you to not only eat all your meals outdoors in summer, but also to prepare them outside.

Several solid double doors ensure that the house is well ventilated, even in the hot summer months. At the same time, it is very bright, which is further emphasised by the white walls, the stylish furniture and the elegant matching floor tiles. The living/dining area is completely open-plan, which emphasises the graceful elegance of the interior. All the furniture details blend in perfectly with the linear interior design of the house, such as the large fireplace, the tasteful light fittings and the carefully selected works of art on the walls. The kitchen, which can be separated or opened with a sliding door, is fully equipped and has a simple, sleek appearance. The villa has a total of four spacious and elegantly furnished double bedrooms and four very chic bathrooms (three of which are en-suite). With no frills, these bedrooms impress with their clarity and bright colours, cleverly combined with pleasantly contrasting splashes of colour here and there. The technical equipment in the house is impressive: In addition to a large flat-screen TV, iPod docking station, CD stereo system, air conditioning and DSL Internet skilfully round off the all-round carefree package.

Villa Sa Carrotja Nova impresses its discerning guests with a spacious outdoor area, a very stylish atmosphere and its proximity to the coast and Porto Cristo. You can do your shopping in the harbour town, which is really worthwhile on Sundays at the colourful farmers' market on Passeig de la Sirena. A few beaches, the so-called Calas de Mallorca, are very close by, such as Cala Petita, a secluded natural beach.
