This vintage finca has been completely renovated while retaining the original charm of a Mallorcan country house. Finca Can Riera dEs Trenc impresses its guests with a harmonious ambience of a natural stone façade and smooth plaster surfaces, combined with modern furnishings and extras in the outdoor area. Embedded in a protective wall of cypress, olive and fruit trees, everything is centred in the heart of the property: the luxurious pool area with its surrounding terrace. The pool is tiled with turquoise-green mosaic and offers a convenient corner entrance and shallow depth. It adjoins a terrace with numerous extremely attractive wooden sun loungers and is ergonomically shaped. The additional seating is freely arranged and can be placed in the shade or in the sun as desired. The south-facing property consists of two parts: the main house with two floors and a covered terrace, which houses both a dining room and a cosy covered veranda, and the pool house with two bedrooms. The outbuilding also has a large terrace, table tennis and table football. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxed barbecue evening with a fun factor.

Whether you are travelling with two or three families or a couple of friends, Finca Can Riera dEs Trenc is simply perfect for up to twelve people, especially as accommodation is provided in the main house and the pool house. Four double rooms are located in the main house and the other two in the annexe. What is particularly convenient is that 5 of the 6 rooms have their own bathroom, which together with another bathroom makes a total of 6 complete washbasins, so that privacy is wonderfully maintained. The bathrooms have been renovated with great attention to detail and feature customised tiles, floor-to-ceiling showers, eye-catching washbasins and a generally fashionable chic look. There is also a uniform colour concept in all the air-conditioned bedrooms (!). The effect is pleasant and soberly timeless, with white with grey and beige accents adding a pleasant glow alongside the wooden beams and doors. Wood, an undeniably warm material, finds its purpose anyway, as in the light-flooded living room with its fireplace, the bright atmosphere of the sofas and the indirect lighting concept for unparalleled cosiness. The dining table with its thick wooden plank looks particularly good. A spacious kitchen in a rustic yet minimalist style with wooden fronts. A cosy seating area and the soft colours of the walls complete the picture of a progressive country house kitchen with absolute comfort. Both areas are designed to make guests feel at home on holiday in the trendy cottage style. The owner has clearly succeeded in this. From time to time, however, you will want to leave the dream property Can Riera d'Es Trenc to explore and understand the beautiful south of the island on easy and entertaining excursions that can take you to a polo field or the beach.

In the tranquil south of the island, you can experience life in the Mallorcan countryside, where salt is still mined today, giving rise to the town's name, Ses Salines. It is not only worth visiting Campos, Ses Salines or Santanyí on market days. There you can discover the heyday of Mallorcan architecture on a stroll through the houses made of golden, grey and white sandstone.

The finca is located between the village and the beach. For nature lovers, the finca is a good starting point for excursions on foot or by bike and for observing flamingos and migratory birds when it is time to hike from the Campos salt flats. The location of the finca is therefore ideal for starting routes that take you to beautiful coastal villages and dream beaches such as the natural beach with crystal-clear waters of Es Trenc. Pure relaxation!

The charming Villa Can Riera d'Es Trenc is located in the quadrant Campos, Ses Salines, Colonia de Sant Jordi and Es Trenc, in the beautiful southern region of Mallorca, where agriculture, olive groves and salt production dominate the overall picture. Shopping for daily needs can be done in Campos or Ses Salines, where the weekly farmers' market takes place every Tuesday or Thursday. Particularly noteworthy is the proximity to the beautiful beaches on the south coast, Ses Covetes or Es Trenc, which are only 6 km away.
