Villa Mediterraneament Fantastic already strikes a different note with its name, but one look at the property surrounded by nature clearly shows that the title fantastic is no exaggeration. No matter what time of day or night, the outdoor area always makes a good impression. There are many reasons for this. For example, the structure of the garden, which extends over several terrace levels and thus provides many little surprises. There is also a boules court, so you can enjoy an afternoon with an aperitif and experience the savoir vivre of the south of France. Or a playground for the children you are travelling with, which will delight the younger generation with its swings, playhouse, table tennis table and picnic area. Hidden behind the Mediterranean trees, next to a garden shed, is a particularly cosy seating area that is perfect for relaxing moments. When you switch on the light here in the evening, the garden paradise shines in its subtle, warm colours. Round off the day with a last dip in the pool. The smooth wooden planks of the pool sun terrace, including the outdoor four-poster bed, create a tasteful ambience. The other side of the garden also invites you to relax. At the entrance there is a covered terrace with the possibility of organising a barbecue, as well as a sunny corner with a gently curved lounger that is perfect for a nap. The small courtyard with white stones and various birdhouses is particularly imaginative. It's a shame that the two flamingos that have taken up residence here are not real.

Architecture that also allows itself a little irony should be the ideal home for cultivated people who appreciate a modern, minimalist style in interior design. In front of the wide glass façade overlooking the aforementioned inner courtyard is an original bench seat, next to which the large, open space is transformed into an area dedicated to cooking, eating and living. The cooking island is perfect for long, cosy sizzle sessions where you can finally serve up the dishes you've been putting off. At the same time, you can enjoy the cosy, crackling open fire. Or you can simply make yourself comfortable on one of the sofas and relax during a trip to the cinema. The flat-screen TV makes it possible. The three double rooms are a real eye-catcher, two of them with a double bed and the third with two single beds. Whether you are amazed at the idea of upgrading the room with a stylish bathtub or are looking forward to the opportunity to express your feelings on the piano, every corner has style. And the many shades of white exude optimism and joie de vivre.

The centre of the island is dominated by agriculture. Accordingly, you can enjoy heavenly peace and quiet on the estate. And there are plenty of fresh delicacies to see at the markets, from fragrant tomatoes to chilli peppers, apricots and melons. The village of Vilafranca de Bonany, around 3 km from the villa, is not affected by mass tourism and you can enjoy your holiday among real Mallorcans. Larger shopping trips are guaranteed to be a success in Petra or Manacor, both around 15 minutes away by car. You can spend your beach days at the beautiful Calas de Mallorca on the east coast and discover many small bays with a spirit of discovery. The ultra-modern new-build villa Mediterraneament Fantastic offers truly fantastic views of the beautiful landscape around the picturesque village of Vilafranca de Bonany. Along the rolling hills you can visit the Placa Major for your shopping at the weekly market. Petra or Manacor, both 15 minutes away by car, offer a larger selection of shops. For beach days, we recommend the Calas de Mallorca, 25 kilometres away on the east coast.
