Situated in the middle of a large garden with a playground, fruit trees, a vegetable garden and many shrubs, it offers a direct view of the Mittagskogel, the most striking mountain in the Karawanken.
Lake Faak can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, and the location of the house in general makes it an ideal starting point for various activities throughout Carinthia and neighbouring countries. Italy and Slovenia border directly on the Faaker See region and with the town of Villach 10 km away, all infrastructure is also within easy reach.
The accommodation has two floors and is equipped with WLAN. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a separate living room. Outside there is a terrace with a large table and seating and a large barbecue.
Right next to the main house there is a small garden house for days when the weather is not so good or for socialising in the evening.
Sun loungers, parasols, a fire bowl and a table tennis table complete the offer.

The Faaker See can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, as the general location of the house is an ideal starting point for various activities throughout Carinthia as well as in neighboring countries, Italy and Slovenia border directly on the Faaker See region and with the city of Villach 10 km away, all infrastructure can also be reached quickly.

The accommodation has two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc., a separate storage room with fridge, a large dining room and a living room with satellite TV. There is a separate toilet and a private bathroom with bath, bidet, sink and a washing machine.

On the outside there is a terrace with a large table and seating and a large grill.

Right next to the main house there is a small garden house for days when the weather is not so good or for a social get-together in the evening.

On the first floor there are three double rooms, bed area 180x200 and one room with a sofa bed with a bed area of ​​140x200. Each room has its own sink. There is also a toilet and a bathroom with shower and bathtub on the upper floor. There is a balcony on the south and west side, from which you have a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.
