Are you planning a family holiday? And are you looking for accommodation that is quiet and rural, but still offers variety so that your children don't get bored on holiday? Then you should definitely take a look at Villa Can Parpal in the east of the island! The completely renovated natural stone house is surrounded by greenery and you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains, fields and even the glittering sea in the distance. The property is huge and very well maintained. There are lawns for children to play on, a private basketball court and a covered table tennis table. And of course, we mustn't forget the sloping pool with outdoor shower right next to the house, which is surrounded by a paved sun terrace with inviting loungers and additional seating under a shady pergola. Speaking of shade: If you need a well-deserved holiday from the sun, you can simply retreat to one of the various covered terrace areas around the house, which are perfect for relaxing or feasting, as you can prepare all kinds of delicacies on the outdoor barbecue. The friendly owner lives in the separate house next door on the other side. The privacy of the main house is not compromised in any way.

The interior of the villa also leaves nothing to be desired: It has been tastefully and harmoniously renovated. Rustic natural stone walls alternate with gleaming white walls and the dark wooden beams under the ceiling and the classic tiled and wooden floors are a perfect match. The ground floor boasts a wonderfully open-plan design, with living and dining rooms and a spacious kitchen area merging harmoniously into one another. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to seating: the black, white or red sofa around the TV or would you prefer the dining table where you can chat with the chef in the well-equipped kitchen? Two bedrooms, discreetly furnished in natural tones, with two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite and has a whirlpool bath, round off the living space on this level. A stylish spiral staircase leads up to the gallery level with a great reading corner with desk as well as two further sleeping areas, and in the basement there is a large room and a home workshop for cyclists.

Can Parpal is surrounded by a Mediterranean landscape that is well worth exploring on walks, hikes or bike rides: This part of the east of Mallorca is characterised by citrus, almond, olive and fig tree groves, offering beautiful views at any time of year. Via Verda is a great option for a hike that stretches for 29 km between Manacor, Sant Llorenç, Son Carrió, Son Servera and Artà along an old railway line. The nearest town is also worth a visit: Sant Llorenç is only 7.1 km away by hire car, along the road, which can be audible depending on the wind direction. The village has existed for centuries and has largely retained its historic charm. Here you will find beautiful old houses and narrow streets, an attractive baroque church and many windmills, which are passionately maintained by the community. Of course, there are also shops, banks, pharmacies and everything else you need for everyday life. For a day at the beach, you can drive around 11 kilometres to Sa Coma, where you will find a sandy beach with excellent facilities. The perfect residence for a relaxing family holiday: this is the best way to describe Villa Can Parpal, just 7 km from San Llorenç. The traditional-style natural stone house is nestled in a beautiful landscape on a large, well-kept plot. There is plenty of variety for active children and adults, from billiards and a table tennis table to a basketball hoop. The various terraces are a wonderful place to relax. The nearest beach is only 11 km away by hire car.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
