The stunningly beautiful farmhouse Ca S'Hereu del Puerto de Soller in the north-west of Mallorca offers space for up to twelve people. The natural stone property with the integrated old oil mill is not only very spacious, but also truly beautiful. The farmhouse has been completely renovated with great effort and taste and now perfectly combines modern comfort with traditional details. If you love your privacy, this is the place for you. The farmhouse is situated in an absolutely quiet, rural, south-facing and secluded location. There are various very well-kept terrace areas around the house, including a roof terrace for relaxing. If you feel like it, you can play a game of table tennis or take a refreshing dip in the pool and enjoy the unique view of the surrounding green hills. You can also go for relaxing walks in the huge grounds with terraced garden and perhaps take a look at your own orange grove. You can park your hire car directly at the house in the gravel car park or under the shady carport.

A farmhouse in Mallorca straight out of a picture book or a glossy living magazine: natural stone floors and walls everywhere, combined with lots of white and natural colours, typical Mallorcan antique furniture, complemented with a great sense of style by simple modern designer pieces and cleverly placed lamps that put everything in the best light. The house extends over the first floor and has a total of three upper floors. A special feature: a few steps lead down from the first floor. Here there are several rooms carved into the rock, some of which still contain elements of the old oil mill - a pleasant place to read and relax. The discreet and tastefully designed bedrooms, each with luxurious en-suite bathrooms, are spread over the three upper floors. On the first and third floors, spacious kitchens equipped with high-quality appliances invite you to cook and eat together. There are also two large living rooms with cosy sofas and televisions on the second and third floors. To keep this beautiful property in top condition at all times, the gardener and caretaker work as discreetly as possible for several hours almost every day. The stylishly renovated farmhouse Ca S'Hereu del Puerto de Soller is situated in an absolutely quiet north-west location, just 3 km from Port de Sóller and its beach in the north-west of Mallorca. From your huge property with pool, terraces and your own orange grove, you can enjoy a marvellous view of the hilly landscape.
