Villa Kimberly is a strikingly unique two-person holiday residence that is nothing short of a holiday paradise thanks to its facilities, design and location. The property is located on a plot of around 10,000 square metres near Inca. Holidaymakers who value idyllic surroundings and proximity to an attractive town and also enjoy jogging or cycling are in the right place here. A cycling and jogging route runs right past the property, simply perfect. You can safely park your bike next to the house, as it has a direct entrance and a lockable gate. The villa's surroundings are characterised by beautiful lawns and terraces as well as a wonderful stock of trees. The beautiful private pool invites you to take a refreshing dip in the water and perhaps swim a few lengths on hot days. The terrace and lawn offer plenty of space to sit and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. You can use the comfortable outdoor furniture and dining table for this. The terrace is a fantastic place to start your holiday, perhaps while enjoying a hearty breakfast. It will also become your favourite place to spend the rest of the day reading, eating, writing postcards or simply relaxing. You can hide from excessive UV radiation in the natural shade of the trees or use the parasol provided.

The entire house has been renovated in a modern and open-plan style. It is furnished with first-class materials and is characterised by clean lines. The house is divided into a combined living/dining area, bedroom and bathroom. Villa Kimberly is additionally equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning (1x in the living area and 1x in the bedroom) for perfect climate conditions all year round. The bright and cheerful design is the first thing you notice when you enter the house. The combined living and dining room with eat-in kitchen impresses with its clarity, stylish individual decorations and tasteful overall ambience. The comfortable L-shaped (sofa bed) invites you to spend relaxing hours. You will definitely enjoy a good book or a delicious drink here. A TV with satellite connection is also installed here for your comfort. On cooler evenings, you can cosy up by the wood-burning stove and enjoy the pleasant light of the fire. The integrated kitchen is stylish and equipped with everything you need for everyday use. With the Senseo coffee machine with pods, you can prepare your morning coffee in no time at all. The modern dining table placed in front of the kitchen island rounds off the look of this central living area in an atmospheric way. The adjoining bedroom is separated from the living room by an open wall. The inviting combination of clarity and aesthetics is continued here. Light colours and fabrics, combined with subtle and stylish accents, create a particularly harmonious atmosphere. Children travelling with you can use the pull-out sofa bed to sleep comfortably. The bathrooms with natural light are as eye-catching as they are practical. A hairdryer is available in the house, so you don't need to bring your own. There is a small outbuilding to the side of the building, which houses the washing machine, among other things. The property has two security cameras, one at the entrance and one at the back gate of the property to give you the best mix of security and privacy.

This holiday home is a perfect base for exploring the stunning northern coastal and mountainous region of Mallorca. During your stay at the villa, you are sure to take at least one scenic drive over these mountains to enjoy and marvel at the breathtaking views. Nearby Inca has a lively atmosphere. This town is particularly known for its local leather industry. Shoes from the well-known Camper brand are produced here. In Inca's typical cellar restaurants are stacked with huge wine barrels and you can sample typical Mallorcan dishes and regional wines. The enchanting Villa Kimberly is located on a very idyllic estate near Inca. If you want to go shopping, you can visit the supermarkets in Inca. There is a weekly market every Thursday, which is well worth a visit. The beaches of the north-east coast, such as the beautiful beaches of the bay of Alcúdia, are easily accessible by hire car.
